Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Kapllan legal entity — org. nr. to confirm](“Kapllan”) and govern your use of Kapllan ID and our products, including Llana (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

You need a Kapllan account to use most Services. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Kapllan ID is passwordless — protect your passkeys and your email inbox, as they control access to your account.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at security@kapllan.ai if you suspect unauthorised use. You must meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country to hold an account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or abusive content, including attempts to produce unlawful material;
• compromise, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services, or circumvent security, rate limits, or usage controls;
• use the Services to build a competing model by systematically extracting outputs, except as permitted by law;
• misrepresent AI-generated output as human where doing so is deceptive.

We may suspend or limit accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Services or other users.

You keep ownership of the inputs you submit and, as between you and Kapllan, of the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services (for example, to process your inputs and return outputs).

We do not use your content to train our models unless you opt in — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and for how you use outputs. AI output can be inaccurate; review it before relying on it.

Some Services are free and some are paid. Where a Service is paid, the price, billing cycle, and usage limits will be shown before you subscribe, and specific billing terms will apply. This section will be expanded when paid plans launch.

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but they are provided on an ongoing best-effort basis and may change. We may add, modify, or discontinue features. For material changes to these Terms, we will give notice and, where required, ask you to review them.

The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death, personal injury, or intentional misconduct).

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Norway / Sweden — confirm per registered entity], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
